The 3 am call this morning had us on our way to the Columbia Gorge. When we left Salem, the skies were clear and beautiful. As we approached Portland, the fog got thicker and thicker.
Our destination was the Vista House and since it was perched up on top of a bluff over looking the gorge, I had high hopes that we wouldn’t be fogged in.
This was the scene when we arrived at 6 am. By about 7:15 am, the fog was encasing us.
